Name the axis

Stops a model from producing three tints of the same idea by making it declare how each variant differs before it builds.

  • Any model
Prompt
Before building anything, list the variants you intend to make.

For each one give a name that describes the direction (never "Option A/B/C") and state in one phrase the axis it diverges on: layout, density, personality, motion, or interaction model.

No two variants may sit at the same position on the same axis. If two would differ only in color or copy, replace one with a real alternative. Wait for my approval of the list before writing code.

When to use it

At the start of any "give me a few options" request. Run it before code, strike variants that share an axis, then build.

What to expect back

A short list, one line per variant: a name that describes the direction, not "Option A", and the single dimension it diverges on.
